Pamela Krol has more than twenty years of experience across a number of health care industry segments, from consulting to data analytics, to running health and welfare benefit departments at several Fortune 50 companies. Prior to joining ActiveHealth Management, Pam led the Health and Welfare Department for Time Warner. In this role she was responsible for overall management of the company’s health plans, including strategy development, compliance, and program management. She also served on the NCQA Standards Committee and focused on quality improvement and performance measurement.
Prior to Time Warner, Pamela served as the Corporate Health & Welfare Director at Lucent Technologies. There she introduced a new type of health plan known as “Lucent Informed Choice”. During this time, she also served on a number of committees for the National Business Group on Health.
In addition to her background in health policy, data analysis and benefits administration, Pamela graduated from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University where she earned a Masters in Human Service Management. She holds a Bachelors of Arts from Boston University.
