With the benefits industry in a state of ongoing change, it can be tough for employers offering health benefits to prepare for the future. Preparedness and the ability to adapt to a dynamically changing environment of consumerism, employee self-health and technology are key components to being successful in the future. A recently conducted survey of 248 business professionals revealed the challenges organizations face as they begin to address what the future may hold. The results we received helped us create a five step approach to bring clarity to the chaos and to help organizations prepare for the future in a time of uncertainty.
