Carol B. Ingher is the CEO & President of ActiveHealth. She brings extensive experience providing consultative sales and account management support in health benefits to her role. Previously, she served as the northeast region head and the market head for Aetna national accounts in New England/Hudson Valley and Upstate NY. Carol B. Ingher began her career at Aetna more than 25 years ago serving in a variety of sales, client management and management roles across the business segments.
Carol received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York–Albany.

Kathy is the Chief Operating Officer of ActiveHealth Management. She brings a 25-year history of successful leadership as a results-oriented executive with proven experience creating innovative, cost-effective solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Kathy has expertise in business transformation, operations management, enterprise solution design, interoperability, cloud and cognitive computing. Kathy believes strongly in the idea of strategic opportunism – the ability to focus on long-term objectives while remaining flexible enough to solve day-to-day problems and recognize new opportunities.
Previously, Kathy served as the Executive Director of Technology, Architecture, and Innovation Planning at CVS Health. Kathy partnered with business leaders and product owners to help them understand, interpret and plan for strategic capabilities and products within their business portfolio. She translated the vision and developed roadmaps which delivered optimized and connected capabilities across the enterprise. Kathy has worked for several multinational technology companies focused primarily on health care, financial services and insurance clients. She is committed to client success, delivering improved results and providing a delightful consumer experience.
Kathy has a master’s degree in Management of Human Services from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.

Dr. Lia Rodriguez is a board-certified pediatrician with extensive experience in community healthcare, clinical quality and managed care. She is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families. She joins ActiveHealth after her tenure at Aetna as Senior Medical Director of Clinical Quality for Medical Affairs.
Previously, Dr. Rodriguez led the clinical oversight and operations of the utilization management department for Texas Children’s Health Plan, a provider-led Medicaid/CHIP managed care organization. She also previously served as the medical director of pediatrics for Legacy Community Health, one of the largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers in Texas.
Dr. Rodriguez received her Bachelor of Science in biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and later completed medical school at the University of Miami. She completed her residency training in pediatrics at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She lives in Houston, Texas, with her family.

Larry Siegel is the Executive Vice President of Reporting & Informatics at ActiveHealth. In his role Larry focuses on shaping population health management reporting and analysis that offers clients insight on their programs, and conveys the value of the health and wellness services we deliver.
He brings more than 25 years of professional experience to his current role at Aetna. Larry joined Aetna in January 2008, to lead the reporting function for Active Health. Prior to Aetna, Larry was the Corporate Vice President of Medical Economics at AmeriChoice, (a United HealthCare Company).
Larry has a Masters of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from New York University Graduate School of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Management from the Tisch School of Business, New York University.

Beth is the Clinical Services Director of ActiveHealth Management where she oversees the High Point site. Her clinical teams support two flagship ActiveHealth® accounts, NCSHP and PEEHIP, which have received outstanding clinical and service performance. Beth is also an executive sponsor of the High Point Site AERO.
Beth has worked in the health care industry for 34 years, in a variety of settings including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Hemodialysis, and 17 years in the Post Anesthesia Care. She has also managed a single specialty surgery center. For the past five years, she has managed Aetna and ActiveHealth’s Population Health Management programs. Her passion is building a positive employee culture and using Nursing Informatics to drive improved health outcomes.
Beth received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the UNC-Greensboro in 1983. She is currently enrolled in Liberty University’s Healthcare Administration Master’s program.
In her free time, Beth participates in extensive community service, including food bank management and distribution, and mentoring at-risk teenagers.

Wadida J. Murib-Holmes is the Senior Vice President of Account Management for ActiveHealth Management. She works closely with the Account Management team and across the organization to assure successful collaborative client relationships and the solutions designed for our clients address new and emerging trends within the healthcare environment. Wadida has over 25 years of successful healthcare industry experience and has been with ActiveHealth since 2010. She served as the Executive Director for our single largest state client leading the implementation, ongoing management, and building ActiveHealth’s broadest population health management solutions to date.
Prior to ActiveHealth, Wadida held leadership roles in human resources, consulting, program management, marketing communications, and client relationship development with Fortune 50 companies including GE, Georgia-Pacific, PepsiCo/Frito-Lay, and Allied Signal Aerospace/Honeywell. She provided leadership to cross-functional teams in talent management, training, organizational development, sales, account management and strategic planning. She worked 11 years at Humana as a corporate Human Resources Director, Consulting Practice Director, and Strategic Consultant Director leading strategic client management initiatives for National Accounts.
Wadida received a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a double concentration MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
